The Sales Representative (Modern Trade) will work closely with the Sales Manager to improve market share and product visibility in modern trade channels. They will also be responsible for managing key accounts and developing sales strategies.
Kewajiban
• Collaborate with the Modern trade Sales Manager to improve share of shelf and product visibility
• Manage a key account executive team and portfolio of accounts
• Work with product managers and marketing team on sales promotion and product communication
• Build strong partnerships with modern trade key accounts
• Manage account sales growth and profitability
• Create and implement annual business plans
• Monitor account performance and develop alternative strategies
• Communicate business information to internal contacts
• Develop and manage the team to win space and market share
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 1 year of Modern trade management experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related fields
• Background in modern trade sales recommended
• Knowledge of market, customer expectations, and brand
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
