The QA Engineer position involves ensuring product quality through testing, validation, and collaboration with various teams.

Kewajiban

• Conduct product testing, validation, and verification to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Develop and document detailed test plans based on product specifications and project requirements.
• Analyze product defects and customer feedback, then report findings to the development or technical teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with product category teams and sales teams to address and resolve product-related issues.
• Support onsite visits and customer interactions to investigate and resolve quality concerns.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing test outcomes, defect trends, and process improvements.
• Other assignment.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Product Testing.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and product testing methods.
• Working 5 days per week.
