Kewajiban
• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
• Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Assist in managing projects and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
• Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and personal matters.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Run personal errands and assist with various tasks to support the executive’s personal life.
• Coordinate special events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Secretary or Personal Assistant in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
