Kewajiban
• Handle and assist with the quality functional task involving customer, manufacturing process, and quality policy.
• Using risk-based thinking as a key discipline, launches project and communicates / works with shift team on proactive activities to mitigate product quality concerns.
• Applying the quality principle assures the department's work under an efficient operation by coordination with internal teams and execution of department plan towards achieving the target.
• Ensures that product quality meets GIR standards and customer specifications (including with the new project and current running).
• Support for resolving a quality issue with internal teams, developing a new model activity, responding to a customer request, or managing a quality-related activity.
• Encourages the creation of knowledge materials, tools, and analytic trends in the production sector as part of a knowledge exchange and continuous improvement process (GPIS, Power BI, Master Control).
• Support with the issuance of documents (routine or special job) according to customer requirements and the company standard including of the ISO9001:2015 system.
• Organize and lead quality improvement programs to increase performance and process consistency.
• Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of procedures and WI.
• Ensuring that environmental, health, and safety requirements are followed and work on cost reduction that is related to controllable cost also.
• Advance our company culture MBM (Market Based Management) as well as the guiding principles.
Kualifikasi

• Engineering education background.
• A high level of accountability and security awareness is essential for working and responsibility with quality thinking and action.
• Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Safe MS-Office application handling, as well as an open attitude to new technologies and software tools support.
• Logic thinking, open mind, problem solving, analytical, rapid learning, and quick action are all skills that you should have.
