Fabrication Process Engineer is responsible for safety working procedure, process parameter set up, ISO 9001 & documentation, production efficiency optimization, managing inventory, and transforming processes for future growth.

• Applying Principle Based Management (PBM) and frameworks in all activities
• Initiative and driven on safety, quality, efficiency and costing in long term sustainability.
• Coach, supervise and coordinate with all concerns to achieve production goals.
• Capable of encouraging a team to deliver more contributions based on their individual talent.
• Initiative and develop team to have higher skill for more value creation.
• Lead problem solving with analytical skills.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferable in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or any related field.
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Thai is mandatory.
• Experience in industrial work at least 2-4 years.
• Knowledge & understanding in ISO9001.
• Analytic program i.e. Minitab.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, result oriented within performance-based environment.
• Ability to communicate at different levels and to work effectively in a team or independently.
