Kewajiban
• Lead efforts to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and enhance productivity using Lean tools and methodologies such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen events, and Monozukuri principle.
• Conduct root cause analysis using statistical data to identify opportunities for improvement and also the underlying causes of inefficiencies, defects, and quality issues.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement where employees are encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement, experiment with new ideas, and drive innovation in processes and products.
• Provide training and education to employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Support and participate in company activities e.g. CIP (KPI), Continuous Improvement, 5S, TPM and Idea Management.
• Cooperate and support all management systems in the company (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.)
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experienced in implementing Lean initiatives, leading Kaizen events, and driving continuous improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt would be considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and tools for quality control.
• Project management skills, AGILE practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• TOEIC score 500+, It will be an advantage.
• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong province, Thailand.
