The Sales Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Sales Admin Officer jobs, developing the team to meet company targets, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

Kewajiban

• Ensure that all jobs under Sales Admin Officer jobs are handled completely and effectively both individually and team underneath.
• Execution/Develop team underneath to meet company target as well as Senior Sales Admin Manager & Regional !PM Coordinator-APAC's alignment.
• Ensure team have a good liaison between Sales team (QSR & OFS) and customers, and with other departments within Griffith.
• Ensure that new customers under QSR and OFS are handled properly among team.
• Ensure that Customer Satisfaction Evaluation are handled by the team and present to Senior Sales Admin Manager & Regional 1PM Coordinator -APAC for Further evaluation/ execution.
• Work on behalf of Senior Sales Admin Manager & Regional 1PM Coordinator-APAC during her absent and/ her assignment.
