The Marketing Manager will lead consumer and market understanding, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support growth plans for specific customer segments. They will also be responsible for market research, trend presentations, and commercial execution of innovation.
Kewajiban
• Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for the development and growth of specific customer segments assigned.
• Develop market understanding, competitor and business insights within assigned customer segments to identify market opportunities for growth.
• Lead market research on market behavior, consumer insights, and trends generation and translate into business opportunities.
• Lead ideation sessions and conduct trend/insights presentations including proactive presentations.
• Collaborate with cross functions in the development of new product development.
• Lead innovation process management and facilitate innovation workshop.
• Lead the creation of marketing tools and collaterals to support growth plans for specific customer segments, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Perform any other related duties/tasks that may be assigned as per business need.

• Strong analytical skills/business analysis.
• Good presentation skills in Thai/English.
• Strong business acumen & strategic thinking.
• Good understanding of market insights/research.
• Able to lead multiple projects and collaborate between cross-functions, able to lead without authority.
• Good team player.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Pro-active and agile.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. (Photoshop capability is a plus).
• Good command of spoken and written English with computer literacy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business/MBA.
• Minimum 7-10 years work experience in Marketing B2B environment.
• 5 years of experience in Food Industry is preferred.
