The Systems Implementation Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for implementing and managing Office Automation System projects, ensuring stable operations, and enhancing user satisfaction. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Kewajiban

• Implement Office Automation System(OA system) projects according to the department's overall plan.
• Address Office Automation System issues in each region to ensure the platform operates stably.
• Participate in user needs research, assist users in planning processes, and develop new processes to meet user requirements.
• Oversee platform operation services, including regularly updating platform certificates and performing related tasks.
• Resolve system abnormalities promptly, develop solutions, establish a knowledge base for issue resolution, and reduce system failure rates.
• Respond swiftly to customer needs based on business changes, address system issues reported by business users, optimize system functionality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Chinese Major, or a related field.
• Experience in implementing and managing Office Automation (OA) systems or similar platforms will be advantage. Basic knowledge in Database.
• Good command in Chinese (HSK5-6).
• New graduate are welcome.
