• Lead overall plans for the company's policy compliance capacity build in the fields of R&D, production, supply chain, and marketing according to the company's strategic planning and market of sales requirements. To ensure the company meets the access conditions of automobile manufacturing enterprises required by the laws of the market of sales and strives to obtain the production qualification, import, taxes, and sales qualifications of all business divisions and product categories simultaneously and on time SOP & SOS.
• According to the development timing, develop vehicle certification and test plans, strive for the experimental resources such as parts, vehicles, equipment, special tools, and test engineers, including but not limited to national testing institutions. Preparation, execution, complete the tests and obtain accurate test reports, to ensure the declaration of product submission to related government authorities on time.
• Lead for the ASEAN market certification through continuous improvement of personnel capacity, obtaining excellent certification test resources in the ASEAN market, improving the construction of the certification system, and having the certification ability of Thailand and other assigned ASEAN markets.
• According to the requirements of domestic and export country policies and regulations, make the product certification change plan, prepare the documents and samples, pre-test, complete the declaration of product certification change.
• Organize quality management department to carry out product regulation consistency inspection of all divisions within company for all MFG, Initiate the Homologation Conformity of Production (COP) plan, and Yearly COP test plan according to the related laws/regulations prescribed. Lead to coordinate the random inspection and verification of vehicles, parts, and reduce the risk of market supervision and verification outside the company/government authorities.
• Systematic management of certification data, establish process & distribution name list of sharing the certification data. Complete the release of certification results and certification data for the record & retention, to ensure that the related departments such as purchasing, customs, quality, marketing, aftersales and legal are received the accurate certificates & vehicle information, to ensure the business of importation, customs clearance, production, quality assurance, vehicle sales & registration, customer vehicle information & warranty are operation smoothly & compliance. Ensure the consistent of technical data for vehicle owner manual/ brochure/Website and other mat'l / platform.
• Formulate (Vehicle key part type) etc., company standard, support project development process.
• According to the requirements of the design & development process and future products planning strategy, carry out the consultation and interpretation of domestic and export certification related mandatory test standards, market fuels, taxes, tariff and use the regulations to guide the development & project feasibility study.
