The HR Payroll Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and responding to inquiries from both employees and external agencies.
Kewajiban
• Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of payroll reports, Social Security filings, and Provident fund documents.
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of employment information in the payroll system, encompassing personal data in the workforce, allowance details, bank account information.
• Verify time attendance, overtime, and leave records to facilitate the accurate processing of employees' salaries and benefits.
• Reconciliation reports by collaborating closely with the Finance department. Prepare reports for the management and finance department.
• Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll.
• Other special projects as assigned by HR Director.
Kualifikasi
• At least 1 year of experience in Payroll or HR function.
• Knowledge of the SAP based payroll system is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good command in Chinese (HSK4-6).
