Kewajiban
• Evaluate and analyze the outsourcing projects of the Workshop that have been opened to determine whether it is appropriate to procure a supplier to come in and do it or not.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Engineer to assess the scope of work to determine whether it is feasible and safe, and propose improvements or solutions.
• Evaluate the project cost budget in detail, such as material costs, labor costs, or other costs according to the scope of work.
• Contact and coordinate with contractors to prepare documents or equipment to be brought into the factory, including work safety matters.
• Write a contract in English and Chinese and send it to the company's legal team for review before signing the contract between both parties.
• Follow up on the progress of the project including payment to the contractor according to the company's process.
• When the project is completed, the contractor must be evaluated every time to see if there are any work scores or defects, to be used as a database for selecting the contractor for the next project.
• Summarize the project and prepare a report for the director.
• Other work as assigned by the director.
• Support and cooperate with the team to solve any problems that arise.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chinese or related.
• 1-3 years experience in Maintenance management equipment system.
• Project planning and promotion ability: have meeting/event planning ability, and have good organization, communication and collaboration skills.
• Very well-organized skill with high sense of urgency and service minded.
• Good command in Chinese both listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
