The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and marketing communications to enhance brand value and drive sales performance across various channels.
Kewajiban
• Develop a brand plan to drive brand value in the short and long term and Initiate a brand campaign and develop marketing communication plan by weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, advertisements, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns and track weekly / monthly / quarterly or by project channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively in preparation for reports on marketing and sales metrics.
• Establish and carry out communication strategies between the brand and the customers of each sales channel and Identity new market opportunities with key customer target groups and all media outlets and execute projects that support campaigns and promotion.
• Develop and deliver an effective marketing communication strategy including product launches, campaigns, company website, social media platforms, press days, and public relations. Collaborate with the product development team to create and launch a new product. Follow on top of marketing trends and develop a go-to-Market strategy and implementation plan.
• Implement and manage analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance and ROI of various marketing and influencer campaigns.
• Hands-on: marketing and management of internal teams (graphic designer, digital marketing executive, marketing communication team, production).
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to increase job efficiency and effectiveness, as well as sales performance.
Kualifikasi
• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• Minimum of eight years experience in cosmetics, design materials, or a related field in the cosmetics retail industries.
• Personalisation, brand messaging, and product launch and positioning experience are required.
• Strong O2O marketing expertise, hands-on digital content management, and the ability to analyze the overall performance of various marketing campaigns are required.

• ability to operate both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and vocal communication skills).
