Detail posisi

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to manage merchant empowerment and acquisition, responsible for leading and executing end-to-end campaigns to acquire new merchants and strengthen existing ones.

Kewajiban

• Plan and lead small-scale initiatives and routine campaigns focused on new merchant acquisition and merchant empowerment.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution and oversee campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop marketing ideas, and deliver impactful marketing solutions.
• Work closely with creative and social media teams to design the compelling promotional materials and content.
• Able to work closely and collaboratively with external parties.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising.
• At least 2-3 year experience in a marketing and operations-related field.
• Positive attitude and demonstrates the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and dependently as a team.
• Excellent in project management skill and PMO skill.
• Able to create and articulate creative briefs and new campaign initiative.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.
• Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment.
