As a Market Insight Analyst at Grab, you will gather meaningful insights to assess impacts and potential risks to Grab's business, perform data analysis to support strategic suggestions, and design the operation process for quantitative data collection.

Kewajiban

• Monitor industry activities, gather main developments of the competition landscape to provide analysis. Use strategic thought to draw broader views of findings and create impactful suggestions.
• Assess potential risks and create strategic suggestions to influence our strategic planning decisions.
• Oversee the design of operational processes for quantitative data collection.
• Perform data analysis to prepare materials and reports that support the Thailand food delivery and ride-hailing teams, requiring both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Establish and maintain relationships with other sub-teams in Market Insights (e.g. data analytics team within Market Insights) and other teams in Grab (e.g. TH food delivery and ride-hailing teams)

Kualifikasi

• To promote complex concepts, to convince and demonstrate critical thinking abilities to logically analyze complex and ambiguous issues.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a management consulting or tech industry.
• Excellence communicate in English.
• Ability to communicate in any other Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of statistics would be advantageous.
• Data querying using SQL and basic knowledge in Python.
• Familiarity with the ride-hailing, food delivery, and e-commerce industries.
