Associate, GTU Account Management

As an important Account Management Associate, you will build business relationships with existing and potential relationships to achieve growth for GrabFood and merchants.
Kewajiban
• Achieve growth in main accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV
• End-to-end deal managing (including working with operations, marketing, and product to ensure the success of the marketing campaigns and partnership)
• Develop enduring relationships with important partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
• Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Work across departments to merchant-specific needs (e.g. customized reporting for merchants, marketing support, integrations)
• Drive by working with the GrabFood internal operations teams
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in account management, business development, partnerships or equivalent role (Fresh graduate who has experience with F&B is welcome to apply)
• Passion in F&B industry is a huge plus; from street food to casual café & restaurant to premium food to social sellers
• Fluency in English. Mandarin or multilingual skills
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
• Analyse complex data sets to obtain applicable insights and grow accounts
• Demonstrated across partners
• Have a competitive edge and excel in a team environment
