As an Associate in Fleet Strategy & Commercial at Grab, you will craft and implement strategic plans, forge partnerships, and advance Grab's electric vehicle projects, contributing to impactful projects and leading the way in fleet strategy.
Kewajiban
• You will develop and implement long-term strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth within Grab's fleet strategy.
• You will design project plans for EV and fleet partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders to create practical action plans alongside partners and the operations team.
• You will conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
• You will prepare commercial proposals and contracts, perform reviews, negotiate terms, and manage documentation to ensure execution and understanding of business goals.
• You will identify opportunities and evaluate them for expanding Grab's business through market reach, product diversification, and geographical expansion, ensuring agreement internally and with external partners.
• You will collaborate with the fleet operations team to monitor performance against plans, identifying areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, or account management roles. Experience in startups or data-driven industries.
• Experience in management consulting or strategic planning.
• Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) for data analysis (essential). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluent in English and Thai; can engage with all partners.
• You will translate complex analyses into relevant business insights.
• You will have experience to construct and deliver clear narratives and work plans.
