Kewajiban
• Responsible for overall purchasing functions, particularly on the Direct and Indirect Material to ensure materials are purchased in the most economical manner with the on-time delivery.
• Process order according to MRP and ensure that supplier receive all of them.
• Follow up order confirmation and evaluation order confirmation.
• Handle the deviation from confirmed delivery times, quantities and prices.
• Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
• Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules and workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s management system, policies and rules.
• Ensure that suppliers deliver according to agreement.
• Ensure to purchase materials at right price, the right supplier, right quantities and on time delivery.
• Handle deviation parts together with Quality Control and Warehouse Department.
• Responsible to work with Quality Control, Sourcing and suppliers to clear items that found quality issues.
• Interface with suppliers on the day by day job to ensure the material supply and no interruption on material support to production.
• Do all activities to control inventory level with buyer team.
• Responsible to clear the invoice pending issues.
• Responsible to clear the shipment pending issues.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degrees in any filed. Major in management or manufacturing are plus.
• Good command in English, written and spoken skills.
• Experience 1-2 years in Purchasing filed.
• Good knowledge in computer skills.
• Able work under pressure, proactive and logic thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills and well done in teamwork.
