Kewajiban
• Management of all personnel assigned to Production Department.
• Ensure staff effectiveness and cost improvements.
• Set up Production strategy according to company strategy.
• Manage Production department to produce product follow Production plan and schedule.
• Manage Production department to get a high performance of manpower and machines.
• Control Production to produce with high standard refer to ISO, IPC standard, Safety and company rule.
• Investigate for new machines, tools and necessary equipment for production.
• Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
• Ensure that staff has been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained in use of the ERP system.
• Control Production department to achieve department goal and meet all customer commitments.
• Develop of Production working method to ensure that process need are established, implement and maintained.
• Ensure the performance of staffs & machine are working high efficiency.
• Manage and motivate Production manpower to meet production requirement.
• Take all necessary actions to manage production cost and improve profitability.
• Manage and maintain work orders and shop floor control in ERP system.
• Present department KPI report by monthly with action plan for opportunity improvement to management team.
• Ensure working area are safe, clean and good environment.
• Suggest to improvements/cost savings and investments.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Management or related field.
• Experience 10 years in Electronic Assembly. And 5 years in management level.
• Good command for English and Computer skills.
• Strong leadership, good attitude, problem solving skill.
