The New Product Development Engineer is responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) for new projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate the development and release of new products.

Kewajiban

• Research BOM for new projects, transferred project to set up in ERP system.
• Manage BOM development of new projects, transferred projects until FAI Report release.
• Initial route configuration for new projects.
• Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
• Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
• Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained in use of the ERP system.
• Participate in new projects or new projects transferred to GPV Thailand in terms of BOM structure recommendation, BOM creation including part configuration.
• Administer the inputting and change control of BOM, change order and Part Number data in ERP until FAI Report release.
• Ensure well data traceability and document management of all concerned AX requests.
• Acting as AX technical member in the analysis of operating environment related with ERP and coordinating with Operations to identify potential process, equipment and skill-set inefficiencies or obsolete related with ERP system which under NBD scopes for new project or transferred projects.
• Coordinate BOM management with concerned departments outside of NPI.
• Participate in meeting with GPVA internal team and customer to provide feedback, provide input of 8D report, and complies AX jobs, etc.
• Leading efforts to evaluate AX data, able to analysis and recommending improvement in terms of quality, quantity and speed.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Management or related field (Master is preferred).
• Previous skill and experience in Bill of Material and manufacturing engineering environment.
• Experience 1 - 3 years in electronics manufacturing and/or ERP system (Dynamic Axapta is preferred).
• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking and well understand in PSDM (Problem Solving and Decision Making).
• Good command for English and Computer skills (TOEIC scores ≥ 650).
