As a Product Manager at GoWabi, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and development for both our B2C app and B2B/POS solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch impactful product features that align with business goals and market needs.

Kewajiban

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for both B2C and B2B/POS products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• End-to-End Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle, from concept and design to development and market launch. Define and prioritize product features based on user insights, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to align efforts, ensure smooth implementation, and deliver high-quality product releases.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors, using insights to identify opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops to measure product performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Customer-Centric Development: Act as the voice of the customer, conducting user research and engaging with clients to inform product design and development.
• Product Marketing & Go-To-Market: Partner with marketing teams to define product positioning, launch strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Product Launches: Lead successful product launches by coordinating cross-functional activities and monitoring post-launch performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or marketplace industry.
• Proven track record of driving product growth and delivering business outcomes.
• Experience working in agile development environments with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with B2C and B2B/POS products is a plus.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
• Fluent in reading and writing in Thai.
