Performance Marketing Analyst (Ad Optimizer) is responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital ad campaigns to drive maximum return on investment (ROI). This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
Kewajiban
• Create, monitor and improve campaigns on all paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Apple Search etc.)
• Daily optimize campaigns in order to achieve lowest cost of acquisition and maximum return on ad investment.
• Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B tests to identify the optimal solution.
• Research content trends to develop and give suggestions to the graphic team for ad creative.
• Develop and execute an acquisition strategy to gain new engaged customers and to incentivize more purchase from existing customers.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience of 1-3 years in Performance Marketing / Ads Optimization.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media ad channels (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Apple Search etc.)
• High passion for numeric and focus on data-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Pro-active attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask while showing commitment to detail and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well independently but also working alongside team members.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Experience with copywriting on social media and graphic/video editing tools (i.e. Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) is highly desirable.
