This role is responsible for technical supporting both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and is a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to users experiencing issues with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (M365) products to ensure that users can effectively utilize these platforms to meet their business needs by troubleshooting problems, providing solutions, and guiding users on best practices.

Kewajiban

• Technical Support: Provide first-line and second-line support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email, cloud storage, collaboration tools, and security settings.
• User Assistance: Assist users with setting up, configuring, and optimizing their Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, including managing accounts, permissions, and integrations with other tools.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, connectivity, and user errors, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance the support knowledge base and improve future support processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other support staff to address complex issues and implement solutions that enhance user experience.
• Updates and Upgrades: Stay up to date with the latest updates, features, and best practices for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, ensuring that users are informed and supported through any changes.
• Security and Compliance: Assist in managing security settings and compliance requirements within Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring data protection and adherence to organizational policies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields.
• At least 1 experience in technical support, IT support, IT customer services or related roles.
• Experience with email migration, user management, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment is preferred.
• Experience in providing technical support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator certification or Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamental is a plus.
• Good command in English both verbal and written.
