Detail posisi

The Technical Account Specialist provides technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring effective use of SaaS and cloud solutions. This role serves as the main technical contact, troubleshoots issues, fosters strong client relationships, and ensures customer success through guidance, best practices, and optimized solution usage.

Kewajiban

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather and understand customer requirements, and design pre-sales technical solutions using Microsoft products.
• Develop tailored Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions that address customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business objectives.
• Evaluate customer environments and technical requirements to recommend suitable Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure services and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing existing Microsoft deployments to maximize customer value and improve system performance.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including emerging updates and features, to effectively support solution design.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or solutions role specializing in Microsoft products.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Ability to design and articulate technical solutions, including the architecture of Microsoft cloud services.
• Familiarity with managing Azure services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customer engagements.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals is a plus.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
