This role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and compliance advice, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the company's operations comply with local regulatory requirements. The role requires strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and regions.

Kewajiban

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pragmatic legal advice on various contractual, legal, and compliance matters.
• Lead and assist with complex cross-functional efforts, drive and ensure alignment with other stakeholders.
• Make recommendations to senior leadership on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and revise, and provide advice on a range of contracts with vendors and suppliers both English and Thai.
• Apply legal expertise and think creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to solve problems, build partnerships, and close deals quickly.
• Represent the company in negotiations and discussions and other dealings or disputes with counterparties and governmental agencies by taking a practical and collaborative approach.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, and develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as sales, product development, marketing, and human resources to align legal activities with business goals.
• Drive alignment on strategic objectives and legal initiatives across the company to ensure cohesive legal operations.
• Broader work or additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the company's legal needs.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law.
• At least 5 years of experience in legal and compliance both law firms and corporate companies.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory.
• Experience in compliance in APAC regions would be an advantage.
• Outstanding analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to problem-solve and apply skills and knowledge to a wide range of business initiatives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate legal advice clearly and practically.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
• Fluent in English and Thai, both verbal and written.
