Kewajiban
• Work towards a sales target as agreed with Sales Director for New Business and Renewal opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities and customer communication.
• Manage sales pipeline from qualification to close.
• Identify and qualify opportunities.
• Provide updated quotations, proposals and supporting documents for opportunities and sales team members.
• Work with the Technical Consulting team to manage customer technical requirements in Discovery, Solution Validation and Deployment Planning.
• Provide weekly updates to your Sales Manager and Google.
• Keep CRM up to date.
• Develop relationships and manage customer accounts.
• Provide continued value to your customers and provide rapid responses to any customer requests.
• Support any post deployment requirements including upgrades and communication management with the technical team.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven 3-5+ years experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry; Cloud, GCP, AWS, SaaS, CRM or related.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud, cloud services and digital solutions, Google or Microsoft for Work products will be a big plus.
• Proactive, positive attitude, enthusiastic and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good command in English.
