The Sales Development Representative (SDR) identifies and qualifies potential customers, generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. This role nurtures leads, builds relationships, and collaborates with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects, contributing to overall sales growth and company success.

Kewajiban

• Identify and research potential customers through outbound activities, such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria to assess their potential fit and readiness for sales engagement.
• Contact prospects to create awareness about the company’s offerings, generate interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and position company solutions effectively.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM to manage leads, track activities, and ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts, share market insights, and optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to communicate value effectively to prospects.
• Manage follow-up activities with prospects to ensure consistent engagement and move leads through the sales funnel.

Kualifikasi

• 2-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and track sales activities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient, motivated, and eager to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
• Language: Good understanding of the sales cycle and ability to quickly learn about the company’s products and services.
