The Renewal Sales position at GoPomelo involves managing the sales cycle for Google products, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Kewajiban
• Implement GoPomelo's Sales Best Practices and Processes to effectively manage the sales cycle.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract renewal.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and supporting documents tailored to the needs of prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with the technical account management team to understand and address customer technical requirements during Discovery, Solution Validation, and Deployment Planning phases.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Continuously develop relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Provide proactive support for post-deployment requirements, including upgrades and ongoing communication with the technical team.
• Work closely with Google and Facebook teams to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales/ Sales administration role.
• Experience in technology/ E-commerce is a plus.
• Interested in new technology, business and culture transformation.
• Ability to self drive and work towards targets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, enthusiastic and good problem-solving skill.
• Able to work in under pressure and time constraints.
• Good command in English (Both spoken and written).
