The Head of Supply Planning - Aviation is responsible for managing the entire planning for all Finished Goods and regional inventory, ensuring effective inventory management through analytical methods to minimize costs and maximize customer fulfillment.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for managing the entire planning for all Finished Goods (import and AP produced) and regional inventory for the Aviation both new and retread. This position requires use of analytical and quantitative methods to make sure inventory is imported, produced, and deployed most effectively through the Supply Chain to minimize redeployment, keep transportation costs low, and maximize customer order fulfillment.
• Take action to forecast and prevent inventory issues, or to escalate and communicate them well in advance. Implement strategies to manage inventory issues with limited impact to customers.
• Drive S&OP process improvements in the supply planning function collaborating with all stakeholders.
• Lead Capability & Capacity discussion in the R vs CC process collaborating with all stakeholders in Manufacturing, Quality and Technology and the Aviation Supply Chain Director.
• Works with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, and Manufacturing to coordinate schedules and other supply chain activities where demand exceeds supply, during supply shortages, where event timing necessitates an inventory buildup. Be able to work on scenario plannings and supply options.
• Oversee multiple employees to ensure the team executes inventory management strategies to support the company growth plans and financial goals.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree / master's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Working in experience in supply chain field at least 10 years in a multi-national company.
• having experience in supply planning role at least 5 years in manager level.
• Strong knowledge on inventory management, demand/supply planning and customer service.
• Experiences in planning (both supply and demand planning) with good analytical skills, good communication skill is required and strong customer service mindset.
