โข Lead and liaise with HQ Product teams to develop new features and products, or enhance existing product offerings.
โข Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization.
โข Understand partners' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored support and solutions that drive mutual success.
โข Proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships and drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new.
