Kewajiban
• Marketing Communication: KOLs / Influencers / Fandom Management
• Initiate KOL Strategy from end-to-end processes
• Create a brief for KOL agency and select KOLs that match each content
• Track performance of each KOL to plan an optimization plan
• Allocate a marketing budget based on business objectives
• Partner with media partners and stakeholders to generate a project collaboration such as TikTok, Actor’s fans, other media channels
• Event and Activation
• Plan and execute events/activations for internal and external purposes, including coordinating all operations with internal teams
• Initiate communication plan to advertise events through multiple channels
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Evaluate the success of event campaigns
• Social Media Management
• Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Develop content strategy and Optimize performance to align with marketing objectives
• Connect with business analyst to evaluate campaign performance in different metrics (ex. % Growth, MoM / WoW, Video Views, Unique Viewers, Views per user, Log-in users, Clicks)
• Be a gatekeeper and provide all content details with internal teams
Kualifikasi
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or communications in the entertainment industry (OTT experience would be added benefit)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or equivalent required
• Preferred experience with online marketing, media planning, marketing budget planning and management
• Experience driving traffic through marketing activities
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Experience in directing third party creative and media agencies
• A through understanding of setting marketing objectives, tactics, and strategies required
• Follow media trends of online and offline channels (TV, magazines, radio programs, all social media platforms)
