The English Course Developer is responsible for creating comprehensive courses, curricula, and assessments while ensuring content quality and alignment with educational objectives.
Kewajiban
• Develop entire courses, curricula, and assessments.
• Ensure content matches established objectives.
• Structure comprehensive content and interactive activities for optimizing learning.
• Rephrase written text to ensure document structure and content are consistent.
• Create and test multimedia elements, such as videos, images, audio recordings, etc.
• Be updated on educational innovation trends and follow teamlead’s guidelines.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of educational content before sending to the next process. (QC and Proofreading)
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in English, education, or any other related discipline.
• Curriculum development, proofreading, article writing, or English teaching background are beneficial.
• Excellent collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum English requirement: IELTS 8 or TOEFL iBT 110 or TOEIC 900
