Globish is an online English learning platform that serves English learners from Thailand and Vietnam. Our unique approach focuses on situation-based conversational English through various online classes, including live one-on-one sessions, group classes, and engaging webinars led by international coaches.
To meet the needs of modern educational institutions, Globish provides a digital school platform solution that seamlessly integrates into existing systems, enhancing the learning experience.
Currently, Globish facilitates over 600 classes daily, serving 30,000 students and partnering with over 100 organizations. Supported by a dedicated team of over 100 staff members, we have attracted investment from prestigious entities like The Stock Exchange of Thailand and other renowned international investors.
Detail posisi
Kewajiban
• Prepare accurate and insightful accounting reports for strategic decision-making.
• Compile financial statements to meet statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards in all accounting services provided by the team.
• Create and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage ad-hoc assignments such as establishing accounting processes, implementing control procedures, or supporting strategic projects.
• Develop and enhance quality controls, internal processes, technology utilization, management information systems, and training initiatives.
• Motivate, mentor, and train accountants to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Optimize team efficiency to deliver services within budget, addressing and mitigating any budget overruns.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting jobs and functions with management and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Hold CPD and CPA license will be advantage.
• Hybrid working at Canvas Building (BTS Ploenchit) Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM. to 07:00 PM.
