GPSC, PTT Group's Power Flagship, has been founded on 10th January 2013 through the amalgamation of PTTUT and IPT to be the power flagship of PTT Group. Its core business is to generate and supply electricity, steam, and processed water to its customers.

Detail posisi

Manage and develop financial policies for GPSC and its group companies, serving as the central hub for strategic planning, management, and monitoring of operations within the frameworks of financial, accounting, tax, and budgetary policies.

Kewajiban

• Plan, coordinate, and support activities related to strategic planning and operations, including developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for finance and accounting functions.
• Draft, review, and update financial regulations, policies, and directives. Ensure effective implementation, standardization, and robust internal controls.
• Act as a central coordinator for post-investment integration planning and implementation, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting policies effectively and efficiently.
• Gather and analyze data, and liaise with shareholders to support financial and accounting activities and the implementation of financial policies, including credit rating efforts for the PTT Group.
• Develop strategies, negotiate, and analyze data and factors influencing GPSC’s credit ratings to support its enhancement and maintenance.
• Plan, gather, and analyze financial data to benchmark GPSC’s performance against peers in the industry.
• Monitor market conditions and financial innovations through research and analysis, providing actionable insights and evaluating potential business impacts for management.
• Support financial management, business planning, budgeting, accounting, procurement, and reporting to the Board of Directors for subsidiaries (e.g., Nam Lik 1 Co., Ltd.) with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency (able to work in Bangkok).
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 5–10 years in financial planning, project loan management, cash flow analysis, financial performance evaluation, or credit rating preparation.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting policies and corporate regulations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, ratios, and forecasting.
• Expertise in credit rating preparation and analysis.
• Proficient in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
