Key Responsibilities
Debt Management
• Oversee and provide strategic advice on debt management to ensure alignment with the company's investment requirements.
• Analyze, plan, and secure financing from financial institutions under favorable terms and competitive financial costs.
• Ensure full compliance with loan agreements, meeting creditor expectations.
Equity Management
• Analyze and plan equity contributions from shareholders to support investment needs in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with the Ministry of Commerce’s regulations.
Project Finance and Investment
• Provide financial oversight and recommendations for project investment strategies to support the company’s long-term objectives.
• Plan and allocate project investment funds effectively to align with corporate strategic goals.
Portfolio and Risk Management
• Manage and monitor the company’s long-term debt portfolio, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Propose and implement suitable financial derivatives to minimize risks and control financial costs.
Market Analysis and Debt Restructuring
• Conduct financial market analysis and evaluate the company’s financial structure to support refinancing and debt restructuring initiatives.
• Identify and assess funding opportunities for subsidiaries, new investments, and joint ventures.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with financial institutions and advisors to secure optimal financing solutions.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate terms to ensure alignment with GPSC and subsidiary objectives.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Financial Analysis
• Collect and analyze financial performance data from mergers and acquisitions within the GPSC group.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to support executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in financial management, debt restructuring, and equity planning.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
