Oversee and manage the accounting policies of GPSC and its subsidiaries to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards, financial reporting regulations, and applicable laws, delivering high-quality outcomes that support the organization’s strategic goals.

Kewajiban

• Policy Development and Compliance
• Establish and align accounting policies for GPSC and subsidiaries with international standards, Thai accounting practices, and PTT Group’s guidelines to support accurate and compliant financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all entities.

2. Systematic Oversight
• Supervise accounting systems domestically and internationally to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to unified standards.
• Provide guidance on new financial transactions to optimize accounting processes and mitigate risks.

3. New Entity Integration
• Design and implement accounting systems for new entities in alignment with GPSC and PTT Group policies to ensure efficient performance reporting.
• Lead the integration of acquired businesses into GPSC’s accounting framework, ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements.

4. Adherence to Evolving Standards
• Monitor changes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Thai accounting standards, assessing their impact and preparing GPSC to adapt effectively.
• Analyze and advise on the implementation of new financial reporting standards for maximum organizational benefit.

5. Acquisitions and Due Diligence
• Oversee accounting-related due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including policy assessment, cash flow analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Manage purchase price allocations (PPA), coordinate with experts, and validate valuation assumptions to ensure compliance with fair value assessments.

6. Impairment and Valuation
• Review annual goodwill impairment evaluations, collaborating with auditors and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Oversee the fair value assessment of assets by independent valuers, ensuring reasonable assumptions and methods are applied.

7. Transfer Pricing
• Calculate shared service fees for intercompany transactions in compliance with transfer pricing regulations, safeguarding adherence to tax requirements.
8. Shared Services and Support
• Provide accounting advice and support to other departments for optimal financial outcomes.
• Manage the preparation and reporting of shared service costs across the organization.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with experience in policy development, mergers and acquisitions, or holding a CPA license as an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and related laws.
• Expertise in accounting policy management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 700.
