Kewajiban
• Analyze and establish systems for budget preparation for the production department.
• Manage and plan production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards set by customers.
• Set production department goals (KPIs) to promote organizational objectives.
• Ensure all duties comply with relevant laws/regulations, professional responsibilities, accountability, and standards, such as best practices and international standards certification.
• Manage risk and develop plans for mitigation to minimize various impacts.
• Define necessary and appropriate training and development plans for the workforce.
• Investigate and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance production output, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Develop and train shop floor staff to achieve autonomous maintenance capabilities, empowering them to maintain and troubleshoot equipment independently.
• Support and promote necessary factory activities for production and compliance with relevant factory-related laws.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• Possess 10 or more years of experience in the food industry, manufacturing engineering, or FMCG business.
• Knowledge of production processes in canning or UHT production will be an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in production and food standard systems such as GHP/HACCP, BRC, IFS, etc.
• Proficient in basic computer programs like Microsoft Office.
• Additional consideration given for knowledge in SAP, SCADA, and Batch Master programs.
• Understanding of machinery design and production processes suitable for cost reduction.
• Knowledge of pathogen elimination to tailor production processes accordingly.
• Ability to analyze production process issues, devise improvement methods, and develop more efficient processes.
• Evaluate and apply efficient quality inspection systems, promptly addressing issues to minimize losses.
• Skillful in management, proactive problem-solving, and preventive measures.
• Foster team confidence in the organization to enhance work efficiency.
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
