Be the Financial Powerhouse Behind Our Growth! Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to drive growth, and profitability.

Kewajiban

Business Partnering
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve product and customer profitability, promotional effectiveness (including trade spend ROI), and pricing strategies for existing and new products (NPD).
• Align implementation of commercial strategies.

Financial Controls
• Manage promotional spending with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to adhere to budgets.
• Co-lead with other functions to manage company P&L and achieve targets.

Financial Forecasting & Analysis
• Enhance the accuracy of the monthly rolling financial forecast to ensure financial health.
• Drive continuous improvement of core financial processes.
• Conduct margin risk analysis.

Human Resource Development
• Mentor FP&A team members to accelerate their learning.
Ad Hoc
• Evaluate project feasibility.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience (with at least 5 years in a managerial role).
• Strong background in accounting and commercial views.
• Experience in commercial finance modeling for domestic and international business.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn.
• Determined.
