The Sr. Finance Manager at GeTeCe Group will be responsible for developing financial strategies, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting financial analysis, managing risk, overseeing financial reporting, providing team leadership, and building strategic partnerships.

Kewajiban

• Develop and execute robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives to drive profitability, and sustainable growth, and optimal cash management within our group.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections, project feasibilities and insights to support decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation.
• Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard financial assets, Credit policies, AR monitoring, FX exposures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business initiatives and achieve financial objectives.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience (5-10 years+) in a senior finance.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive our finance team with innovative solutions.
