GTM Co., Ltd. is looking for a QC & Technician for forklifts to join their team. The position involves technical training management, customer training, quality inspection, and improvement of new forklifts.

Kewajiban

• Plan and conduct technical training for technicians according to the training schedule.
• Review and evaluate training outcomes to continuously improve and enhance the quality of training.
• Prepare and conduct forklift usage training for customers who purchase new forklifts.
• Provide guidance and answer questions regarding forklift operation and maintenance.
• Inspect the quality of new forklifts before delivery to customers.
• Resolve issues and improve the quality of forklifts to meet set standards.

Kualifikasi

• Education (Degree): Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Work Experience (Experience): At least 3 years of experience in QC, electrical, and electronics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Capability to develop and conduct training programs for customers and employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work as a team and manage time effectively.
