The Business Development Specialist (Manager level) is responsible for establishing new accounts, planning sales and marketing activities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to promote the company's services.
Kewajiban
• Establish new account by exploring, approaching and presenting company to new customer for promoting company’s scope of service.
• Confer or consult with department heads to plan sales and marketing activities, the presenting approach strategy to Lead of customer.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities involving sales of maintenance service jobs or other subject of sales.
• Respond efficiently to enquiries with prompt accurate and courteous replies.
• To follow up the result of each quotation, plan for sales close and collect data of other competitors.
• Gathering relevant information and keep record regarding SWOT analysis, sales situation, strengths and weaknesses of company’s service.
• Study and analyze all related information and situation for developing marketing plan and sales strategy.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls, and e-mail.
• Document Preparation and Control, including ISO, AVL and other related important document.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong in Marketing, Branding and Key account management.
• Experience 10 years for Sale of Engineering Service for Petrochemical.
• 3 years experience in Manager level.
• Good Technical knowledge in Chemical and Petrochemical Industry.
• Analytical and planning skills.
• Good personality, interpersonal, and solving problem skills.
• Excellent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) TOEIC score at least 550.
• Computer skill on PC.
• Ability to work under pressure both inbound/outbound and service mind.
• Driving license with own transportation.
