Detail posisi

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานไลน์ผลิต-ธุรการไลน์ผลิตมีหน้าที่ดูแลการผลิตและการทำงานของพนักงานผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานการผลิต รวมถึงการบันทึกและรายงานผลผลิตอย่างถูกต้อง

Kewajiban

• ดูแลการผลิตและการทำงานของพนักงานผลิตให้ได้ตามแผนงานการผลิต
• บันทึกรายงานผลผลิตอย่างละเอียดและถูกต้อง เพื่อเตรียมรายงานหัวหน้าแผนก
• ประสานงานเรื่องมาตราฐานการตรวจสอบกับ QC Line
• บันทึกการทำงานตามใบรายงานการตรวจสอบต่างๆของแต่ละวัน
• ตรวจสอบอนามัยของพนักงานเพื่อป้องกันการปนเปื้อนข้ามเช่น ตรวจเล็บ ผม หนวด และการสวมชุดสม๊อกให้เรียบร้อย
• ดูแลการผลิตเพื่อเตรียมการผลิตเบิกกล่องกับคลังสินค้า
• รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ดูใบ Order เพื่อจะได้ทำการเบิกกล่องมาปั้ม วันเดือน ปี
• รวบรวมใบยอดงานต่างๆและเอกสารให้กับธุการและคลังสินค้า
• ตรวจเช็คความถูกต้องของกล่องได้รับมาตราฐานหรือไม่

Kualifikasi

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขาเทคนิคการผลิต การจัดการ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงงานผลิตอาหาร
• ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์และอัธยาศัยดี
• มีความเป็นผู้นำ ชอบสอนงาน มีความยุติธรรม
• มีความรับผิดชอบ และรอบคอบ
• มีความสามารถสรุปงานในแต่ละวันได้
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
