The Sales Admin/Support Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by tracking quotas, managing customer information, and assisting in various sales processes to ensure compliance and successful closure of sales documents.
Kewajiban
• Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
• Entering customer call-in information into the company database.
• Answering call-in client questions regarding to the company’s services.
• Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, finance, operation to support sales processes.
• Assist sales department and sales team with all sales department needs, run reports for Management, and support sales department associates to ensure all sales document files, necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
• Assist on preparing company documents during the bidding processes.
• Store and input Sales KPI data for further processes.
• Assist Sales executive on preparing the sales quotation before the final submission.
• Support the Manager(s) in day-to-day sales and escrow activities through collection and dissemination of information.
• Assist in backlog management, by calling customers and coordinating transaction to the close of escrow.
• Typing business letters, memorandums, standard operation forms, reports and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner as directed.
Kualifikasi
• Strong security experience, mainly in manned guarding.
• 1-2 Years of Sales Coordinator/Administrator (Business-to-Business) with proven track record in a sales role.
• Have strong consultative sales skills & commercial acumen.
• Able to support on bidding processes.
• Positive Attitude and Self-motivation to work with commitment under due dates.
• Strong communicator to manage internal and external relationships.
• Work well in a large team & be a team player and be comfortable to deliver complex bids and tenders.
• Self-motivated and able to determine problems and provide viable solutions to both customer requirements and teamwork.
• Proficient in Thai and English languages, written and spoken.
• Proficient in computer literacy, i.e. Microsoft Office, Google.
• Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country.
• Positive “Can Do” attitude.
• Have a good foundation of English, such as reading and writing. If you have taken TOEIC or TOEFL before, please submit your score.
