Detail posisi

The Business Analyst will evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met.

Kewajiban

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including presale solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and find customer requirements.
• Performing requirements analysis. Documenting, Designing the system and communicating the results.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports or minutes of meetings.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Working closely with customers, implementer team, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing, documentation, and training users.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects including project quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Aware of Best Practices for tool implementation.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst.
• Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: SQL Command.
• Expertise in design tools: Figma.
• Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.
• Project management skills to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget, and of high quality.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good in English.
