The Application Support position involves analyzing incidents, monitoring systems, conducting testing, and collaborating with the development team to ensure system reliability and effective issue resolution.
Kewajiban
• Analyze incidents to identify root causes, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements (SLA).
• Proactively monitor systems to prevent incidents, errors, and performance issues, implementing solutions to improve overall system reliability.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of bug fixes to ensure successful deployment in production environments.
• Work closely with the development team to drive issues to full resolution.
• Progress report weekly, monthly.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Must have basic knowledge of SQL and possess good logic.
• Basic knowledge of application programming to help automate various internal tasks.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Service-minded, strong interpersonal skills, and team player personality.
