Detail posisi

The Application Analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, maintaining existing application systems, and ensuring compliance with information security policies.

Kewajiban

• Analyze are review user requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Maintain & Support existing application system for ABACUS-FINCO/MARCO, ITSS, e-HEART, CONCUR
• Raise change request in CONS system to FBAP-ICT for program development in ITSS system if required.
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for system development.
• Assist users to develop test plan.
• Develop user manual documentation and training users.
• Coordinate with users and third-party vendors for new application software development.
• Ensure compliance with Fujifilm Business Innovation’s Information security policies and procedure at all times.
• Responsible for maintaining security of all Fujifilm Business Innovation’s information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handing of Fujifilm Business Innovation’s documents and records.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Information Technology or related field
• Strong experience in the IT Management field with at least 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong understanding of IT Operations and ITIL best practices. Familiarity with IT end-user technologies, IT Infrastructure, and IT Security concepts.
• Experience managing ERP applications (SAP) and CRM applications.
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
• Good command of English
