Kewajiban

Main Responsibilities :
• Identify suppliers based on PIC sales information and goods specifications.
• Checking all component SO from customer and submit PO to Supplier
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast demand.
• Implement inventory control measures to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Coordinate with warehousing teams for proper storage and retrieval.
• Plan and oversee transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
• Checking PIB and all documents import needs
• Select transportation modes (air, sea, rail, road) depending on the need.
• Make sure the transportation modes (air, sea, rail, road) was effectively and efficiently with ensure timely and delivery and quality on top priority
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards throughout the supply chain.
• Implement corrective actions for defective or non-compliant goods.
• Identify areas to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
• Optimize processes for efficiency and reduced lead times.
• Utilize data analysis tools to track and manage costs.
• Use supply chain management software to track products, orders, and inventory.
• input in the system precisely and accurately and according to applicable deadlines
• Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Monitor and mitigate risks such as geopolitical issues, natural disasters, or supplier instability.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like delivery performance, cost per order, and lead times.
• Prepare reports for management on supply chain performance.
• Use data analytics to forecast trends and improve processes.
• And another reported need by managements and other department (relating with supply chain management)
