Kewajiban

Operation:
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
Management:
• Able to manage P/L precisely and have a strong sense of “number”
• Able to drive business goals of the company in terms of sales turnover, Quality and delivery
• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop and execute Strategic plan, Productivity up, manpower utilization, including coordinate with other related departments to obtain the maximum efficiency, and profitability (P/L) to the company
• Set Short/Long term business goals in business plan including income budget, Expenses and strategic plans to the Board of Directors Approved.
• Study planning, project analysis. Investment that is beneficial to the company for the faculty Board of Directors approved
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities
• Encourage, supervise and provide leadership to team members.
• Key hiring and talent development programs.
Reporting:
1. Follow up, measure performance and report to the business that the management has done to the production general manager.
2. Prepare status reports and production achievement rate for the general manager/Directors.
3. Report production performance, make suggestion plan (long-and short-term) and improvement

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Packaging technology, General science or any related fields
• Over 10 years of experience in the packaging industry, particularly in pouch production.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. (Internal/ External communication, report with Management)
