Kewajiban
Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Manage social media and job board postings and create compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to understand their recruitment needs and develop solutions that support their goals.
Business Administration:
• Administrate internal processes and documentations to drive business operations including but not limited to finance & accounting, procurement, HR, office welfare & facilities management, etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute company’s marketing events, campaigns, media, etc. and monitor results.
• Manage internal communications, as well as organize internal events such as team building activities.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or higher in any related field.
• 1+ years of experience as Human Resource, Project Coordinator, Project Administrative or any related field.
• Interest in Human Resource, business administration and coordination, with an open mind to learn new skills and topics.
• Willingness to help others, contribution to teamwork and team environment.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high professionalism.
• Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills).
• Proficient IT skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure.
