The Marketing / Content Creation position involves strategic planning, content development, and execution of effective marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.

Kewajiban

• Strategic planning, budget allocation, content, media planning & buying and implementing effective campaigns.
• Develop creative contents and ideas tailored to different platforms, write a strong headline message for each content posting captions and well managed post scheduling.
• Manage KOLs selection within the allocated budget, suggest up and coming creator especially on TikTok, negotiate agreement including scope of work and payment terms, initiate content pillar, brief & collaborate to develop engaging content and track performance of KOL's affiliation in terms of awareness, engagement and sales.
• Ideate, develop, and execute content that will grow brand awareness and community.
• Work with team and content creators to produce content that balances trends and original concepts and aligns with business directions.
• Plan and develop marketing communications and content, including storytelling and copywriting.
• Manage and update website and social media platforms with current content (content schedule).
• Monitor content market trends, social trends, and real-time content to identify opportunities and key challenges.
• Create a variety of content for Nanas Harvest brand, mainly in English.
• Provide new ideas and enthusiasm for creating content with the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with marketing campaigns and brand voice.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Develop content strategies that engage target audiences and drive traffic to digital platforms.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company's style, quality, and tone of voice.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify content opportunities.
• Coordinate with external partners and influencers for content creation and promotion.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure high quality and error-free delivery.

Kualifikasi

• Highly proficient in both English & Thai written skills.
• At least 3 years working experience as Content creator or Copywriter.
• Proven background in agency companies is a plus.
• Good presentation and communication skill.
• Good team player.
• Expertise in marketing content and copywriting in English language.
• Having an international exposure is highly advantageous.
